Vinyl Jacket black sz XL. PVC lined, has belt loops, belt is included, excellent used condition. packs pretty good for traveling. not super light, but not heavy either. full front zipper in great working condition. pockets on front. Water repellent material. measurements- length 27" shoulder to shoulder 18" 23 1/2 sleeve length pit to pit 21" belt 30" this could possibly be vintage, I know I've had it for awhile and couldn't find the maker on internet. one owner from my own closet. lightly used.
