Adorable soft lemon yellow jacket. This could be worn as a little rain jacket. As I recall, that was the section I found this in and wore once. Sadly too small for me but very pretty with soft ruffle detail.

@prudentpeg I believe so. I was probably a size 8/10 when I wore it the one or 2 times I wore it. It is also sized as a 10 on the label
