Does this fit like a 16 or more like a 14?

@beadbird thanks for liking this nice jacket. The measurements you requested are as follows: the length is 31 ", I measured across the front under the sleeve and it's 22". The fiber content is woven polyester and it's unlined. Any further questions, just ask.
