These are super cute! I didn't get to wear them much before I gained weight. They have an elastic waist band. They sit a little higher waisted. Can be worn with a tank tucked in a blouse, a t-shirt, etc. They can be dressed up or down! They are lightweight and feel cool to the touch which is great for the warmer months. No tears or stains. Elastic is in great shape- no dry rot. I paid around $70 for these at a boutique in Charleston, SC. Please ask any questions before purchasing!
