Authentic, preowned, vintage Jack McConnell Boutique Black Wool Clochette Hat w/feathers, circa the 60s. Manufactured by high end milliner Bollman Hat Co. Made from black wool, this piece features a decorative velvet covered floral piece that's outlined in rhinestones with iridescent black/green feathers underneath. In very good condition given its age, with minimal signs of prior wear. No size tag, however this hat comfortably fits a crown measuring 22.25in around.
