Excellent preowned condition. Beautiful tropical floral print. Mostly red with blues, greens, purple, yellows, oranges. Sleeves are puffy like balloon sleeves with elastic at the hem. Waist is elastic peplum style. Of the shoulder look neckline. Size medium. (size runs small.) Probably more of a crop top. Measures about 17.5 inches long.
