These pants begin with a fitted waist line although they have plenty of stretch. There is a sheer mesh over that’s a little longer than a solid lining . I have a pair just like these in my size and I love to pack them in my travel suitcase because they look great from both day tonight and they pack Eazy and don’t wrinkle. In excellent condition
