JS Collections Black Maxi Long Formal Evening Skirt Size 6

Selling this long JS Collections black formal skirt size 6. Skirt is in very good condition but does have some smudging in one section on the bottom near the hem (see picture). The area is about the size of a hand. You can only really see the smudge up close but you may need to take it to a dry cleaner to get rid of it. Dimensions: Length- 43.5 inches Waist- 28 inches
