It is soft and the fabric has density which makes the pants fall with flare. It is a relax style but has class. Can be worn for evening or casual and is versatile. Matches any top, jacket, scarf..... It is hard to find lined pants and can only find them in boutique shops. Barely worn for I had gained weight. Measures 29" from inseam.
