cupofchaii007 @anniesbeck Hi Annie, it does fit as a small. However, keep in mind that you will be wearing items under it. I am also a small/xs (usually a 0 in dresses) and it fits me well. Not sure if that helps at all. I could provide measurements for you if that helps.
