Brand new  - these came in clear poly bags with product label form the manufacturer - no tags attached to individual items - but guaranteed brand new.   We bought this set as a sample to use for catalog photoshoots - unfortunately it is a bit too big for a mannequin,  but the company is  no longer in operation, so not able to return.  this was purchased for $88 This suit definitely runs a bit large - especially pants  - they are loose / wide cut.  Inseam is approx 30,  drop is approx 16.
