Chic navy blouse with white floral embroidery. Puff sleeves and square neckline. Perfect for versatile styling. This is a brand new top, tried on, but never worn. I purchased it during a Poshmark show. Unfortunately it does not fit me. I have seen a similar top to this in a very expensive boutique for three times the price! I believe it is 100% cotton. The back is marked so there is some stretch. Armpit to armpit measurement is 18 inches without stretching the back. Length about 24”
