JOA Ruffle Tie Waist dress in a gorgeous rust color - size Small. Features a cinched paperbag waist and is sleeveless. Adjustable tie waist and back button closure. Button closure is pretty worn as you can see in the picture, however it does not affect the wearability of the dress. Label has stains from a sticker that was placed on it at the dry cleaners - shown in pictures. Dress does not have any stains or rips! Material: 90% Rayon and 10% Polyester. Measurements: Pit to pit: 16” Length from shoulder: 33” Waist: 12.5” - can stretch to 18”
