J.O.A. Polka Dot Off-the-Shoulder Midi Dress

J.O.A. Polka Dot Off-the-Shoulder Midi Dress. It's a purple color with some cream/light pink colored polka dot detailing. It's a tiered look with a slight ruffle at the bottom of the skirt. It has an elastic waist, neckline and cinching at the sleeves. Very cute. While off-the-shoulder, you can also pull it up so it's a scoop neckline. Some slight dark spots on the back of the dress but it's not noticeable unless you're looking for it - see last photo. Size L / Large. Only worn once.
