No fading. Great condition. Waist has a little bit of elastic for stretch. Button and zipper closure. Appears to be a straight leg fit or just a little tiny bit of a taper towards the bottom. Please note this item does have a perfume-y scent. I washed with scent free detergent however the scent remained. approx 14 inches across waist 10.5 inch rise 25.5 inch inseam MB*
