JM Collection blouse

This very pretty blouse is size 1X in khaki with black and white print. The sleeves are sheer and there is a rhinestone bar on the notch neck. Very versatile, wear with jeans for dinner or pair with palazzo pants for a wedding. Pit to pit measure is 23” and length is 27 1/2”.
