Zip up jacket blazer by JM Collection. This interesting top feels rubbery due to the clear scale like sequins that cover it. They are not sewn on but imprinted into the fabric. You may want to trim the scales that extend beyond the edges-see photos. Zips all the way up the front so can be worn open or closed. Was supposed to have two hidden side pockets but they appear to have been sewn closed in error. Brown zebra print pattern. Size Medium. Zipper works well. Shimmery and unique. Polyester spandex blend. Caution-the plastic scales can shed as I found a few on the floor after it air dried. Careful with pets or small children. Vintage probably 90s. Offers are encouraged!
