JM Collection Blazer, size 14 (22' pit to pit, 21' across waist, 17' across back shoulders, 27' length). Button front, collar w/ notched lapel, faux waist flap pockets, buttoned cuffs, fully lined, shoulder pads. Inside seam on one arm is becoming loose/frayed (unfortunately, I just cannot sew, I'm sure it's mendable), please see pic.
