JJ Jonette silver tone metal naughty cat playing with a mouse by the tail

JJ Jonette silver tone metal ( pewter? ) naughty cat playing with a mouse by the tail. I suspect the mouse might move a bit while the wear is walking since the tail is made of chain. The mouse's'expression makes me giggle every time I look close at it . The cat's expression is pretty cool as well . Ruler and quarter in pic above to help with size visualization. ~ 2.5" x ~2.5". Questions are always welcome . The pin on the back has a bit of movement please see video for what I mean.
