JINGPIN Purple Ruffle Platform Heels

New! These are absolutely beautiful! From the heart detailing, scalloped edges, and ankle ruffles these are sure to turn heads. 4-1/4” heels with side zipper. Size 38 (US size 8). Purchased for myself but slightly too small. I am an 8-1/2. These are new and have not been worn but have a couple of callouts. On front of shoe it looks a small discoloration (it is barely noticeable). On the underside of the ruffles it looks like the glue ran (see pics). I didn’t even notice until I was taking pictures.
