ITEM DETAILS: This plus size (26) black, blue & white abstract polka dot blouse tunic top is so flowy and comfy. It features a ruffled neckline, a black satin bow on shoulder, ¾ length elbow sleeves and a button keyhole closure at back of neck. It is lightweight and very flowy and comfy. I wore this even in the summer (in an office) and it was perfect. I always received so many compliments on it. Exact measurements are: 17.5 in across shoulders, 30 in across chest & tummy, 19 in from shoulder to end of elbow sleeve and 30 in from shoulder down to bottom hem. DISCLAIMER: I am not a reseller.
