I had this made by Jeff Gallea. I corresponded with him, to get exactly like one I saw in LA, at Fred Segal, and it sold. This is gorgeous and amazing, but I do not wear jeans anymore. The waist starts at 31 inches, which is great jeans around the hips. Then the holes are an inch apart.
