4.5 in heel. Very cool suede fringe bootie by this French designer. Rarely ever worn. Note in photo that some of the suede underneath fringe is darker consistent with the fringe. Unclear if they came that way or the fringe darkened the shoe. I had never noticed it bc covered by fringe.
