Gorgeous wool tweed with an even more beautiful silky lining - she will slide on your tights for the most comfortable winter skirt that can be styled in a million ways Pair with a white oxford, crop blazer or brown OR black sweater and boots and she is a high end J crew conversation piece 14.25” waist 21” length (falls at top of knee) Gorgeous front pleat and side zip Will fit 2 or 4 It’s Definitely a 2 as I remember the tag well but wore her when I was between 2 and 4. Now I am a 6-8 and can’t even get it over my hips ;)
