J.Crew Sz XS/Extra Small Navy Blue Polka Dot Blouse

Sheer J.Crew sleeveless blouse in navy with polka dots. This is perfect for layering in the office, and the neck can be tied into a bow! This is sized at XS/Extra Small, but I fit into it quite well and am a pretty standard size S/Small (4) with a 35" bust.
