Hey! Is this more of a sheath (hugs your stomach) fit or is it more straight down/ flare?

@macymmcfall Thank your your interest! On me, the fancied frock is more of a sheath and fitted through waist. It is a little loose around the stomach where the pleats are. It does not flare at the bottom. I hope this answers your question.
