Reposhing this item I purchased from @jtfan. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Waist is 16 inches, bust is 19 inches, shoulder to waist is 14 inches, and waist to bottom hem is 20 inches. A bit of stretch and the front buttons are snap buttons. 98% cotton and 2% elastane. Super cute!
