J.Crew Brown Tweed Rain Boot

Tall brown rain boots in rubber and tweed. They hit just below the knee. Orange velvet buckle on the outside of each boot. In good condition with some very mild wear (per the pictures - minor scuffs on the toes of the boots). An overall great pair of boots!
