New without tags. Beautiful, delicate top. Unfortunately its slightly too big for me. I'm typically small but this is for bustier girls, fits more like a smaller Medium. Designed with versatility in mind, this style comes with two ties at the waist to draw you in and a V-neck in the front and back for a hint of drama.
