Rubberized tape around bustline seam to prevent slippage. Zipper works well. Pretty dress! One pick, and one spot/stain on lower left side-back - see last 2 pictures [a combination of two images: the area and a closeup of it] Can perhaps be spot/dry cleaned-priced to sell.
