JCPenny Royal Blue Blazer

Very rich royal blue blazer by JCPenny. Perfect pop of color you can dress up or down! Has front pockets, single button closure on front and also has chest pocket. Full lined in a nice blue and white pinstripe(which is visible when sleeves are rolled up, too!) with a neon green accent on the inside. Never worn. Extra button still attached as well :) Back flap is still sew shut. Has light shoulder pads with the bust measuring 17in lying flat across. Material details in photos.
