JCPenney Vintage Blue Ruffled Dress, Runs Small

This stunning vintage blue gown from JCPenney features a ruffled, tiered design. The long sleeves and lace sweetheart neckline add a touch of elegance, while the full-length skirt creates a graceful silhouette. This blue dress is lined in lilac satin, which creates a shimmer effect. There does seem to be some sort of dirty spin on the front. This is not on the lining, but is on the sheer spot. It was hard to get a clear picture of it. I’m putting this under size 8 as listed, but please see measurements. Waist 12.5” across Chest 17” across
