JCPenney | Vintage 70s Long Plaid Maxi Skirt

Excellent preowned vintage 70s condition with no flaws to note. There is no materials/care tag but feels like acrylic. Buttons and zips at the side of waist. Marked a size 12, but is much, much smaller than a modern day size 12. Please see measurements for accurate fit. Waist 13.5” Length 42” Please let me know if you have any questions!
