JCPenney Vibrant Orange Lantern. PLEASE READ.

Add a bold touch with this JCPenney orange lantern. Ideal for any decor style. PLEASE READ. THE LIGHT DOES NOT LIGHT UP. It's supposed to light up with solar power, but it also takes a small battery. However, after changing the battery and setting it out in the light, it will not turn on. It's still ideal for outdoor/indoor decor. May also be able to take a small tea light? Overall, there are no dents on the lantern, and I have never placed it outside.
