JC Penney JCP Wool Blend Peacoat Large Blue and White-Cream Colorblock Lined

Wool blend pea coat from JCP (JC Penney) has dark blue and cream colorblocking with convertible collar (can be latched completely closed or worn open, two pockets (the left is still tailor tacked shut), one inside pocket also tailor tacked shut, and traditional double back vent. Makes a great statement! I purchased this for myself and had it dry cleaned, but it doesn't really fit. Boo! Size large: Bust 40", length from base of back collar 28", shoulder breadth 17", sleeve length from shoulder 24.5". I'm a size 10 in the middle and a 14 in the shoulders, and it was too tight in the shoulders and arms. The only flaw is a vague darkening on the right sleeve below the elbow which looks like some kind of dye run or flaw - I only saw it in certain lights (see photo - I couldn't really get it to photo). Freshly dry cleaned.
