@brittamail Hello, I just had a chance to measure the dress and I also added a few photos to the post. Shoulder to shoulder 19.5 inches, sleeve length 21inches and shoulder to front hem 39.5 in back is longer at 41.5 inches. Hope this helps! Happy shopping.
