Testing Base was powered with the included power adapter. Headset was placed in the Base and allowed to charge for about 12 hours. battery recharge indicator continued to blink green. Headset would not function when removed from the Base. Disassembled the Headset to check the battery and found it to be swollen / bulging. A replacement battery was ordered and arrived quickly [ Thank You, TLZ Technologies ]. The new battery was swapped in for the old and allowed to charge overnight [ 15 hours ]. The battery recharge indicator displayed Solid Green and all aspects of the item functioned as expected. In changing the battery, it was noted that the included Ear cushion is deteriorating.
