J by Jasper Conran Sequin Dress

Beautiful Navy blue dress. Fully lined. Button closure on back. Has a little stretch into the fabric so it’s very comfortable. There are loops along the waist. It must have come with a belt but I do not have the belt or even remember what it looked like. Dress is in great condition. Some minor piling but no other evidence of wear. Tag reads ages 5-6.
