starraether Does this jacket have shoulder pads and are the pockets functional?

jcmcpherson @starraether The shoulders are slightly thicker than the rest of the blazer, but they are not pads. The pockets are partially sewn shut but could be usable if you cut the stitches. Not sure why companies do that iv personally had several pairs of pants with back pockets like that.

starraether Thank you for that very helpful information. Now may I ask please what is the chest measurement directly under the arm holes from sideseam to sideseam across the front when the jacket is fastened and laid flat and smooth
