Fabulous Leather high waisted pencil skirt with slit in back. Though this skirt is a size 8 it fits like a tight four - I wear a four and I can buxton it but it is rather form fitting. Slight tear in split in back , but still does not take away from this piece. See end pics! Waist lying flat measures about 12.5 inches, widest /hips measures 16.75 inches and length in front from top of skirt to bottom measures 24 inches. Last pics show slight marks from being on the hanger at the store I found this at.
