J. Jill black velvet dress (silk & rayon)

This is an absolutely beautiful dress by J. Jill. It is black value made from 82% rayon and 18% silk. This dress is beautiful for the holidays. It has a round collar with pleated trim design all around. in the front It has these grooves that make a design. Almost like isicles really cool looking. The sleeves have a little puff to the top of them. And they also have the pleaded trimming at the ends with a small cut out slit at wrist. It sounds so simple, but yet it is really stunning. It's brand new, it's never been worn. retails $169. size xsp. has no stretch. measurements are approximately lying flat pit to pit 18" sleeves 17" length from top to bottom 34.5". 😍 stunning.
