J Jill Women's Size Small Grey Cropped/ Capri Leggings

This item is pre-owned. It does have some piling in the crotch area but not bad. I feel like the waistband might be a little stretched but the elastic is still intact and not stretched. It just looks a little off to me so I wanted to note it. It could possibly be low rise.
