This is a J. Jill Stretch Snap Down Hoodie Top that is a size Medium/Petite. You can add this for an extra layer or wear it as a top. It is a thin material. It is 48% Cotton, 48% Modal, and 4% Spandex. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-22" and the length is 21". It is in good condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement.
