A very fun top. Wear it over a swimsuit. Wear it with a bra or a camisole it has the wide shoulder straps. A band goes around the top edge.and the top flairs out from there. Measurements are length from under armpit to hem is about 15”. The length from the top of shoulders ( straps) to the bottom hem measures about 25”. Pit to pit flatfold about 18 1/2 “.
