J & G Meakin SOL Ivanhoe Bread And Butter Plate 6” Made In England. Condition is used and shows wear; Scratching; round slight indent on front of plate about 1/8” long; staining/spotting; it’s hard to tell if there is a hairline crack or crazing but on front of plate about 1/4” long next to the larger stain; there are rough spots on back from how plate was made; Orange marking on back of plate; one tiny raised bump on the edge of gold trim. Based on the backstamp the plate was made in England anytime between 1912-1963. It is approximately 6” in diameter. The plate has a colorful floral and scroll pattern with gold trim.
