Shorts: A feminine tie-waist short in a pretty pattern from Liberty (the British print house known for its mood-lifting florals since 1875). This particular motif was hand drawn by the London-based Hayward Studio in 1968 based on classic Liberty florals from the 1930s. Top: Ruffles. Cotton. Single Button closure at neck.
