This super cute J. Crew waist skirt looks awesome with just about any shirt underneath it! I would always wear it with a light colored tank underneath! I wore it maybe 2 times and then my boyfriend accidentally washed it when it was DRY CLEAN ONLY (so sad) because now I am unable to fit into it. Shrunk just enough to not fit me anymore but could fit someone who is a bit smaller than myself! Still looks so cute and would love for someone to be able to enjoy it the way I would have! :(
