J. Crew dark, dark, dark navy blue silk georgette strapless gown. Ruched empire waistband with fabric running horizontal & bodice & balance of garment fabric crinkles run vertically. Nice touch to add height & thinness. 9 vertical pleats @ hemlline. 1/2" rubber strip on top to keep in place. Back zip, lined.
