Yes, the coat has pockets (they’re large pockets actually!) and the tie/belt.
The coat is not NWT, but is in excellent used condition. There are little to no signs of wear and tear (no pilling, loose threads, etc.). I’ve worn it less than 5 times since purchasing NWT.
