J. Crew cargo pants

J. Crew cargo pants. Says size 25... measured length at 26" and laying flat waist 13.5" which would make it 27" waist. Excellent pre-owned condition. Small snag on one cargo pocket as shown in the picture. The bottom of both legs shows no fraying. Buttons on both cargo pockets are attached, and the button and zipper at the waist work
